This commission was an 18th birthday present for Jade, who picked out all the objects she'd like included (and set up the still life herself).

It includes all of Jade's favourite things, including her leopard print shoes, chanel lipstick, nail polish and perfume, a string of pearls and a copy of The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath.

It was a real pleasure to paint.
